YourForms Terms of Use

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT AUTO‑RENEWALS

Some plans include automatically renewing subscriptions. Your plan renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period (or after a trial), cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. See Membership Terms for details.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration.

Disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our processing of personal data are subject to the Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver provisions in our Terms of Use (see Section 12). Except for limited exceptions (e.g., small-claims matters or certain intellectual-property claims), you agree to resolve disputes with YourForms through final and binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in any class or representative action. You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting our Terms by emailing support@yourforms.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name and account contact information, as described in Section 12 of the Terms. Please review those provisions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

North Carolina Notice.

If you are a North Carolina resident, please also review the North Carolina notice in our Terms of Use (regarding limitations on disclaimers and liability related to self-help divorce document preparation) and the state-specific disclosures in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy, which may include additional rights or requirements under applicable law.

1) Acceptance of These Terms

The provisions of the “Terms” govern the relationship between you and Venture Provision LLC with registered office at 8 The Green, STE A Dover, Delaware, 19901, USA (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) regarding your use of the Company’s websites, devices and related services (the “Service”), including all information, text, graphics, software, and services, available for your use (the “Content”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Membership Terms, and any plan‑specific or feature‑specific terms shown at checkout or in‑product. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. If we make a material or substantial change, you could be notified (for example, by email or a prominent notice in your account). Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before the change takes effect.

2) Eligibility, Accounts & Security

  • Eligibility. You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Account accuracy. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support@yourforms.com promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
Creating an Account

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account ("Account") and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if we suspect fraud, misuse, or risk to the Service or others.

3) What YourForms Provides (License & IP)

  • License. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • Intellectual property. The Service (software, content, trademarks, and other materials) is owned by YourForms or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
  • No legal advice. Information is general and educational; it is not legal advice and may not fit your situation. Consider consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, files, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant YourForms a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content to operate and improve the Service and for lawful marketing of the Service. This license does not expand our rights under privacy laws—personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

4) Subscriptions, Trials, Billing & Cancellations

  • Auto‑renewal. Plans renew until you cancel.
  • Trials. Some offers start with a trial that converts to a paid plan unless you cancel ≥24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Cancellations. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
  • Price changes. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice; if you continue after the effective date, you accept the change.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law or covered by our Money‑Back & Refund Policy, fees are non‑refundable and issued, when approved, only to the original payment method within processor limits.

See the Membership Terms for complete subscription and billing rules.

5) SMS, Calls & Electronic Communications

By providing a phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your account, transactions, product updates, and service‑related matters. Consent for marketing texts/calls is not required to purchase; you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to SMS or email support@yourforms.com). Message/data rates may apply. We do not sell or share text‑messaging originator opt‑in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Delivery of communications may be handled by vendors (e.g., carriers, messaging providers) acting on our behalf.

Mobile communications (SMS/MMS and calls; consent). By providing your phone number and opting into text messaging or calls (“Communications”), you consent to receive marketing and non-marketing messages and calls from YourForms, which may be sent using automated technologies (e.g., autodialers/ATDS or similar systems), at the number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to purchase, and you may opt out at any time. We do not sell or share text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Program purpose & frequency. Our texts and calls provide product updates, account notices, and offers related to your use of YourForms. Message frequency varies by program and activity (generally 1–5 messages per week) and may increase or decrease over time.

Opt-in & number ownership. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you will keep this information current.

Opt-out instructions. You can stop receiving marketing or automated texts at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send (you will receive a final confirmation text). You may also email support@yourforms.com with your request. Unsubscribing from one text program will not automatically unsubscribe you from other programs you have joined; please opt out of each program separately. You may continue to receive other electronic communications from us (e.g., transactional emails).

Help. For assistance with our text program, reply HELP to any message or email support@yourforms.com.

Fees & carrier notices. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details. Not all devices, carriers, or geographic areas are supported, and delivery may be delayed or undelivered. YourForms, our service providers, and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Number changes. If you plan to stop using, transfer, or reassign the mobile number you used to opt in, you agree to unsubscribe using the methods above before you stop using that number.

Program changes. We may change message frequency, the sending phone number/short code, or discontinue the program at any time. Subject to applicable law, we may also update these terms; material changes could be notified (e.g., by SMS or email) and/or posted, and your continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

6) Court‑Filing Guidance (If You File with the Court)

You are responsible for reviewing forms for accuracy, obtaining any required spouse signatures, paying court fees, and submitting documents on time. Third‑party issues (e.g., spouse refusal, postal or portal delays, court administrative errors) are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. Your exclusive remedy for an error solely attributable to YourForms is set out in our Money‑Back & Refund Policy.

7) Third‑Party Services & Links

The Service may reference, embed, or link to third‑party tools or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party services, policies, or materials. Use them at your own risk, and review their terms and privacy policies.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (i) misuse the Service or attempt to access it by automated or unlawful means; (ii) infringe others’ rights; (iii) upload malicious code or interfere with security; (iv) use the Service to provide legal services or advice; or (v) circumvent access controls or fees.

9) Disclaimers (North Carolina Carve‑Out)

Except where prohibited by law or inapplicable (including the North Carolina carve‑out below), the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Information provided via the Service is general and may not reflect current law or your circumstances.

North Carolina notice. For North Carolina residents, disclaimers do not limit responsibility for the legal sufficiency or accuracy of the self‑help divorce document preparation we provide to the extent such limitations are restricted by North Carolina law.

10) Limitation of Liability (North Carolina Carve‑Out)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) US $100 or **(b) the amounts you paid to YourForms for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

North Carolina notice. The foregoing limitations do not apply where prohibited under North Carolina law as it relates to the legal sufficiency or accuracy of self‑help divorce document preparation.

California Civil Code § 1542 waiver. If you are a California resident, you waive § 1542 as to claims covered by a release under these Terms.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourForms and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your: (i) breach of these Terms or applicable law; (ii) User Content; or (iii) misuse of the Service.

12) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class‑Action Waiver

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email support@yourforms.com with a description of the dispute and your requested resolution; we’ll work in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

Binding arbitration (U.S. users). Except for small‑claims matters and certain IP claims, any dispute between you and YourForms relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM) under its applicable rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English and may proceed by video/teleconference or on written submissions, at the initiating party’s election. Either party may seek equitable relief in Delaware courts solely to compel arbitration or protect rights pending arbitration. Class‑action and jury‑trial waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Opt‑out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@yourforms.com with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out” and your name, account email/phone, and a statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect other terms.

13) International Use

The Service is offered primarily in the United States and Canada. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate elsewhere. If you access the Service from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14) Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If a change materially reduces core functionality you rely on, you may cancel your subscription; any refunds will follow our Money‑Back & Refund Policy and applicable law.

15) Miscellaneous

  • Governing law; venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflicts rules. Exclusive venue for any court proceeding permitted under Section 12 is in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Membership Terms, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and YourForms regarding the Service.
  • Severability; waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays/failures beyond our reasonable control.
  • Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices electronically.
